What Was Already Working

Real Strengths We Built Upon

Every great redesign starts by amplifying what already makes the agency special.

40+ Years of Trust

A genuinely strong reputation and multi-generational client relationships across Southwest Florida — the single greatest asset to build the brand around.

95+ Carrier Network

Access to nearly one hundred A-rated carriers is a powerful differentiator that the previous site barely mentioned. Now it is front and center.

Trusted Choice® & FAIA

Membership in respected industry associations lends real credibility. These are now surfaced as trust badges with proper outbound links.

Three Florida Locations

Sarasota, Bradenton, and Margate provide broad regional coverage — ideal for local SEO once each office has structured location data.

Broad Product Range

From personal auto to equine, marine, and commercial lines — 30+ coverage types give plenty of pages to rank and cross-sell.

Personal, Local Service

A real team with real names. Highlighting the people behind the agency builds the human connection that converts visitors into clients.

Straight Talk

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

No sugar-coating — here is our honest, friend-to-friend assessment of the old website, and exactly how the new one answers each point.

The Good

The reputation is gold.

Four decades of trust and a 95+ carrier network are assets most agencies would envy. The foundation for a market-leading web presence was already there.

Our fix: We built the entire site to showcase these strengths loudly — trust badges, carrier counts, and 40+ years front and center.

Real people, real relationships.

The team’s personal, local service is a genuine competitive edge in an industry of faceless call centers.

Our fix: Team bios, named office managers, and three fully detailed locations make the human side impossible to miss.

The Bad

Google could not find you.

Honestly, as a friend — the old site was nearly invisible to search. No schema, thin metadata, and no local business data meant competitors were winning clicks that should have been yours.

Our fix: Complete technical SEO, structured data for every office, and an indexable content library now put Peeples on the map.

Nothing kept visitors around.

With almost no educational content and no clear next step, even interested visitors bounced without reaching out.

Our fix: A Knowledge Hub plus quote CTAs and the “Ask Pete” assistant give visitors reasons to stay — and easy ways to convert.

The Ugly

Accessibility was a real liability.

This is the tough-love part: poor contrast, missing alt text, and no assistive controls were not just bad UX — they were a genuine ADA/legal risk. The DOJ’s new 2024 rule formally adopts WCAG 2.1 AA as the ADA web standard, and non-compliant sites are a magnet for accessibility lawsuits and demand letters.

Our fix: A dedicated accessibility widget, AA-contrast palette, keyboard skip links, and descriptive alt text bring the site toward WCAG 2.1 AA — a defensible, compliant standard.

Leads were slipping away on mobile.

Most of your prospects are on phones, and the old mobile experience actively pushed them away with tiny tap targets and slow loads.

Our fix: A fast, mobile-first rebuild with big tap-friendly CTAs turns those phone visits into quote requests.
